We've had a few days leading up to Halloween, to get Calder used to the idea, as he was quite scared of it a little while ago. I've done a small Halloween craft with him, and last weekend we decorated a Halloween gingerbread house together, after I finally managed to put it together. I think it worked, because Halloween was quite successful! He wore a costume that he wouldn't go near before, and he went to a few houses on our street, trick-or-treating. He did a great job saying "trick-or-treat" and always said "thank-you" (one of my pet peeves) even though sometimes he needed some prompting from Mommy or Daddy. I hope that everyone had a wonderful Halloween with your family, whatever way you celebrate it. :) It's hard to believe we're in November! Christmas is next month!! :)
